How this connects to a physician

Two loops: a recording at home and the physician's workplace meet at the authorizationTwo columns. On the left, on the patient's side: an ECG recording made at home with the person's own device. On the right, at the functional-diagnostics physician: a study taken in the room. Both enter a common pipeline: measurement, term, rule, finding. Further down, on the left the patient receives a case summary and a conclusion as an informational draft; on the right the physician receives a draft conclusion ready by the time they sit down to the case. Your recording reaches the physician as an analyzed case, not as a photograph of the strip. A document appears in the record only once a physician has authorized it.

What you record with

The recording is made by the system “ECG” app on the Apple Watch. The sensor is Apple’s, not ours: we take the finished recording and analyze it.

Today that means the service is open to owners of an Apple Watch.

Limits

What the first version does not include

The first version does not include weight, blood pressure, blood oxygen saturation, training heart rate, heart-rate variability or irregular-rhythm events. The first version is about the electrocardiogram, and about it alone.

A subscription for someone close to you

A subscription can be taken out for another person. You pay in your personal account and receive a link; the other person opens it on their own iPhone and installs the app. They record and read the case summary themselves — on their own watch and in their own personal account.

What it costs

The companion app is free. The analysis of recordings is a subscription in the patient’s personal account. The price is shown on the payment screen after you sign in.
