Is this a medical device?
No. HealthOS Cardio is not a medical device: the product prepares a draft of a medical document, and the diagnosis is authorized by a physician. What is sold and what is not — on the page “Limits and responsibility”.
Who is responsible for the conclusion, and whose signature is on the document?
The conclusion is authorized by a physician with their qualified electronic signature — under Federal Law 63-FZ and order No. 947n of the Ministry of Health. No finding becomes a document without that signature: the machine does not sign the document. Who is responsible for what — “Limits and responsibility”.
How is this different from an electrocardiogram read by a neural network?
Interpretation is run not by an AI model but by a deterministic pipeline following the rules of the graph. Neural-network interpreters explain the output after the fact — with an attention map or a similar case; in a dispute you can produce a rule, not weights. The comparison by classes — “Why not AI?”.
Can you see what the output is based on?
Yes. Every finding opens into grounds formed from the time window of the signal and the features computed over it: a versioned rule, the signal window, the recording-quality assessment and the term. The chain is produced at a click — “How it works”.
What recordings does this work with?
With recordings of any length — from a thirty-second recording on a wearable device to a 24-hour Holter. In a clinic this is a study taken in the room; on the patient’s side it is a recording made by the system “ECG” app on the Apple Watch, which today means the service is open to its owners. Is this a substitute for a Holter monitor or for seeing a physician?
No. A substitute for a Holter monitor, a patch or an implantable monitor is not sold; nor is this round-the-clock supervision or a service that watches over the heart. What does a clinic get?
The draft conclusion is ready by the time the physician sits down to the case. Signature, structured medical document and submission — in one window, and the completeness of the mandatory fields is checked before submission. What do you get if you take out a subscription?
A case summary and a conclusion on your own ECG recording — in plain words, as an informational draft. A physician receives such a case already analyzed, not as a photograph of the strip. What you get and what you do not — “For you and your family”.
What happens if the physician disagrees with the draft?
A rejection does not silently rewrite the document: the remark goes de-identified into the analysis loop, where a specialist refines the rule — with an author and a version. A physician’s disagreement repairs the system, not the file. Why it is built this way — “Concept”.
Where does our data go?
Processing takes place inside the perimeter of the medical organization or in a cloud on Russian territory — under Federal Law 152-FZ. The data do not go into the training of third-party models: there are no trainable models in the decision path. More — “Standards”.
In what form does the document come out, and where is it sent?
The conclusion comes out as an instrumental examination protocol — a structured medical document of type SEMD-224 Rev. 5 in the CDA R2 format. The document is formed and signed in the same window; submission to the registry of electronic medical documents — once the operator’s loop is ready. More — “Standards”.
I am a physician working for myself — can I start without a clinic?
Yes: basic access gives the analysis of the study, a draft conclusion and the grounds behind every finding. Signature, document and submission to the registry come with premium; the document is registered in the name of a medical organization. More — “For private physicians”.
How is this embedded into our medical system?
The connection is discussed in the pilot; the requirements for the customer’s loop follow order No. 205n of the Ministry of Health. For partners — “For partners and integrators”.
What do you sell to a vendor and to a manufacturer today?
The full loop as a draft for the physician’s signature — the cardiology profile of the same gateway as the structured-document engine. The core comes under an OEM license with the right to embed. “For partners and integrators”, “For manufacturers”.
I do not have an Apple Watch — what should I do?
Today the service is open to owners of an Apple Watch. Leave your address — we will write when it opens for other devices. “For you and your family”.
Can I take out a subscription for someone close to me?
Yes: you pay in your personal account and receive a link, and the other person opens it on their own iPhone. “For you and your family”.
What does it cost?
Prices are not published: the composition and the charging are discussed after a conversation about volumes. For a clinic the way in is a pilot with a before-and-after measurement; on the patient’s side the companion app is free and the analysis of recordings is a subscription in the patient’s personal account, with the price shown on the payment screen after signing in.
